St. John's Grants Samir Doughty Release From NLI

QUEENS, N.Y. - St. John's has granted 6-foot-3 guard Samir Doughty a release from his National Letter of Intent. The Philadelphia-native signed an NLI with the Red Storm in November during the NCAA Early Signing Period. Doughty is permitted to pursue opportunities with other NCAA member institutions.
