Red Storm Head Coach to Join Moose & Maggie on 660 AM and 101.0 FM

Having recently completed his first season in Queens, Anderson guided a young squad that featured eight newcomers to 17 wins and put the Johnnies in position for their second straight postseason berth. It also marked Anderson's 18th consecutive season as a head coach without a losing record. The Red Storm finished the campaign by winning three of its last four games, including victories over No. 10 Creighton, Marquette and a thrilling BIG EAST Tournament victory over Georgetown.
St. John's finished the season ranked among the nation's best in several statistical categories, as the Johnnies ranked second in Division I in steals per game (10.0), third in turnover margin (+5.7) and 23rd in assist-to-turnover ratio (1.31). In addition, several players shined throughout the year, including Brooklyn native Julian Champagnie, who landed a spot on the 2020 BIG EAST All-Freshmen Team.
