Javier Raudales joins the Red Storm for the 2023-24 season as a graduate assistant for men's basketball, assisting in a variety of day-to-day functions of the program. His main responsibilities are associated with practice film and equipment management while overseeing the team's student managers and visiting team coordination.
Raudales spent four seasons as a student manager while at Iona, helping the Gaels to a pair of MAAC Championships under the direction of Hall of Fame Head Coach Rick Pitino. He was vital in helping the team's travel as well as ensuring players were on-time to team events such as film study. Furthermore, Raudales excelled in game-day assistance, providing all the necessities on the sidelines and in the locker room.
Prior to his time at Iona, the Bronx, N.Y., native attended Cardinal Hayes High School, servicing the men's basketball program as the head student manager for four seasons.
