Rising junior arrives from Penn State
QUEENS, N.Y.- The St. John's women's basketball program inked rising junior forward Kylie Lavelle on Monday.

"We're thrilled to have Kylie as part of our program," Head Coach Joe Tartamella said. "She is a dynamic forward that can score at all three levels. Her length and athleticism will help us tremendously at both ends of the floor. Kylie brings tremendous toughness and has played against high-level competition that will provide a huge boost for us."

Lavelle made an instant impact during her first season of college basketball at Drexel. The rookie started in 23 of 24 games and ranked second on the team in scoring. In high school, the Pennsylvania product boasted a decorated career and was a three-time Class 3A All-State selection at Riverside Junior-Senior High School.
