- St. John's scored at least 70 points for the fourth time in four games this year.
- The 44 points scored by Howard were the fewest allowed by the Red Storm since Dec. 20, 2006 when St. John's defeated BU, 45-44, in overtime.
- St. John's scored 42 points in the first half, the most points scored in the opening frame since tallying 42 against FDU on Nov. 25, 2007.
- The Red Storm made a season-high seven 3-pointers and shot a season-high 46.7 percent from beyond the arc.
