St. John’s Athletics Unveils Red Storm Rewards

Fan Rewards Program Available in St. John’s Red Storm App and at RedStormRewards.com
QUEENS, N.Y. (Oct. 20, 2022) – As part of a continued effort to enhance the fan experience for Red Storm supporters, the St. John's Athletic Department has launched the Red Storm Rewards program in conjunction with FanMaker.
The official fan rewards program of St. John's Athletics allows supporters to earn points for a variety of activities, such as attending games, participating in trivia and polls, and engaging within the Red Storm app. Points can be redeemed for merchandise, experiences and much more!
All fans 13 years of age or older are eligible to participate in Red Storm Rewards program. To participate, fans should:
- Download the latest version of the St. John's Red Storm app on their mobile device.
- Choose Red Storm Rewards from the bottom navigation bar or the drop-down menu on the left side.
- Click the "Join" link at the bottom of the page to sign up for free or if already registered, click the "Log In" link.
St. John's students can access their pre-loaded account and set their passwords here.
To earn points for your attendance at St. John's Athletic events, open your Red Storm Rewards account and ensure your location services are turned on while using the app. Then visit the "Events" tab as you enter the venue and click "Check-In." Points will be awarded for early check-ins and late departures.
Once signed into the Red Storm Rewards program, fans can view upcoming home schedule with the number of possible points for attending each event. The Red Storm Prize Store will be updated throughout the season with a variety of options to select.
Additionally, Red Storm Rewards includes an overall leaderboard, offers and discounts, promo codes, and the CrowdCameo feature where fans can upload in-venue snapshots of themselves while supporting the Johnnies. Those images can be selected for display on the videoboards at Carnesecca Arena and Belson Stadium during home events.
After redeeming a Red Storm Rewards prize, fans will be notified of the pickup location for their selected items. Prizes will not be mailed. Any unclaimed giveaways will be returned to the Prize Store and points will be refunded. Points are not transferrable and reset at the end of the academic year.
