Mobile Ticketing Guide

Downloading tickets through your mobile device ensures the safest and most convenient experience for our fans. All tickets must be downloaded to a mobile device to gain entry to St. John's Athletics events.
Important: With a large number of fans expected at individual games, internet service may be spotty. To ensure a smooth entry, please download your tickets before arriving to the game.
- Login to your MyJohnnies Account, Click HERE
- Click “Manage Tickets”
- When prompted to sign in, it is important you use the same email address used to purchase the tickets, or they will not appear
- If you do not remember your password, click “Forgot Password” and follow the prompts to reset
- Once logged in, all of your Mobile Tickets will be visible to you in your account
- Select the event you want to download to your mobile device
- Download each ticket by tapping Add to Apple Wallet on iPhone or G Pay - Save to Phone (may also read as "Add to Google Wallet" on Android).
- iPhone Users tap Add in the top right corner
- Access the downloaded ticket(s) via the Apple Wallet app on iPhone or via the Google Pay (or Wallet) app on Android
Mobile Ticketing FAQs
Why is St. John's moving away from printed tickets?
Mobile tickets assist in providing flexibility to fans as well as a safer guest experience. Real time updates to games and events are automatically reflected on your mobile ticket. Fans are also able to manage, view, transfer and relist tickets to any events directly through their MyJohnnies account and mobile device. Lastly, mobile tickets add an enhanced security layer, guarding fans against fraudulent or counterfeit tickets.
When will tickets be available in the MyJohnnies account?
Season and partial plans will become available approximately two/three weeks prior tot he first game in your plan. All single game tickets are available immediately after your purchase is completed.
How do I access my Mobile Tickets
Your mobile tickets will always be available in your MyJohnnies account. Simply login and follow the steps above to manage your tickets for the event you are attending.
Can I print my mobile ticket or have my tickets printed?
Unfortunately, printing your mobile ticket will not allow it to be scanned at arena entry points. Mobile tickets must be shown on your phone when you arrive.

Can I send a screenshot to someone?
Unfortunately, screenshots will also NOT work upon entry. Please follow the steps above to transfer your ticket to your recipient through your MyJohnnies account.
What if my guests and I arrive at different times?
For the smoothest experience on gameday, we recommend transferring a ticket to each person in your party, ESPECIALLY if you are not arriving together. This will make the scanning process when entering the arena a much faster and less stressful experience.
Can I have multiple tickets in my account or mobile wallet at the same time?
Yes, you can have multiple tickets on your account that will be loaded into your mobile app. Tickets can be viewed by swiping left or right on your smartphone once you open the event. If your whole party is not arriving at the same time, we recommend transferring tickets or parking passes to each member of your party for easiest access entering the venue.
What if I lose/delete my ticket transfer email?
Your mobile tickets will always be available in your MyJohnnies account. As a reminder, you MUST login with the email used to purchase/receive the ticket.
What if I cannot find my mobile tickets?
Your mobile tickets will always be available in your MyJohnnies account. As a reminder, you MUST login with the email used to purchase/receive the ticket.
The most common reason people cannot find their ticket is logging in with the wrong email. Please ensure you are using the correct email address when logging in.
You may have multiple accounts using different emails. You can check what email you are logged into by clicking on the “Account Icon” in the top right of your screen.
What if I do not have a smartphone, or my device battery dies on gameday?
For issues in advance of game day, please contact us at 718-990-6211, and we will assist in troubleshooting the problem. On event days, please visit the box office for assistance. We recommend fully charging your smartphone before you arrive.
What if I do not have WIFi or cell phone service on Gameday?
While our arenas have WiFi and cell service, connectivity can be spotty and inconsistent at times, especially during high volume periods. It is highly recommended to download your tickets to your mobile wallet before leaving your house to mitigate any connectivity issues. WiFI or cellular service is not needed to access your mobile ticket on your phone once you have downloaded your ticket to your mobile wallet.
