On the atmosphere in practice this week:
"Our guys are working hard and we are focusing on taking care of the ball and making simple plays."
On Anthony Mason Jr.'s anticipated return to the court against Louisville:
"He will play some on Saturday. We will try to get him out there and see how he feels. We want to see what he can give us. We know he's excited to get out there."
On the Louisville offense:
"They have talent and length. They have guys that can make plays and they are going to run and press. We need to take care of the ball and contest their 3-point shots."
Senior Guard Anthony Mason Jr.
On his return from injury:
"I feel excited to play again. It will be fun to be out there and I can't wait to get it started. I have been out a year. It has been hard not being able to play or get involved. I just want to get back to the court."
On team chemistry:
"My teammates have been working hard and all of them have improved a lot since I've been out. This is all motivation for me to step my game up."
On what he expects against Louisville:
"I have been practicing a week and a half, so I feel good. I don't have expectations, I just want to win."

"Practice has been more intense and more competitive. We are playing better defense and staying focused longer. We are paying more attention to detail on the defensive side of the ball."

On facing Louisville this weekend:
"Louisville is always a tough team. They have a great coach. They will come after it on every play and every possession. They come out hard and we just need to stay focused."
