St. John's Extends Partnership with IMG

QUEENS, N.Y. - St. John's announced Wednesday a six-year extension to its existing agreement with IMG as the exclusive multimedia rights holder of Red Storm Athletics. The renewed commitment between St. John's and IMG will run through 2026.
"St. John's Athletics and IMG have fostered a successful relationship over the past six years, and we are optimistic that our partnership will continue to grow over the next decade," said St. John's Interim Athletics Director Kathy Meehan. "We look forward to leveraging IMG's expertise to expand St. John's Athletics brand, provide resources for our student-athletes and develop new partnerships that will elevate our national profile."

The partnership between St. John's and IMG dates back to 2010 and includes inventory inside Madison Square Garden for Red Storm basketball home games. The agreement also incorporates IMG's exclusive representation and management of the athletic department's television, radio and print assets, as well as the official athletics website, in-event impact opportunities and hospitality.
As part of the new deal, IMG will expand its signage opportunities inside Carnesecca Arena with two new endwall LED video boards, which are the third-largest in a college basketball venue. The six-millimeter high definition video displays created by Daktronics measure approximately 14.5 feet high and 35 feet wide and will bring a variety of in-game content to Red Storm fans.
