St. John’s Athletics and Ridgewood Savings Bank Introduce Cause to Cheer

Red Storm launches community program in partnership with Ridgewood Savings Bank
QUEENS, N.Y. – The St. John's Athletic Department and Ridgewood Savings Bank have launched the Cause to Cheer campaign, a community initiative to raise funds for worthy causes.
As part of the partnership, local organizations have the opportunity to support their fundraising efforts by earning a percentage for tickets sold within their community to select St. John's men's basketball games this season. Participating groups will also receive a special gift courtesy of Ridgewood Savings Bank when cheering on the Red Storm this season at Madison Square Garden and Carnesecca Arena.
"We are proud to partner with St. John's Athletics on this great program," said Ridgewood Savings Bank Vice President of Marketing, Matt Schettino. "We strive to support our communities and Cause to Cheer is a fun way to help local organizations."
St. John's Director of Athletics Mike Cragg added, "St. John's Athletics values its partnership with Ridgewood Savings Bank and this creative initiative allows us to collaborate once again to make a positive impact on our community."
Groups participating in the program will receive a custom ticket link and promo code for select men's basketball games that can be shared with members of their organization and community.
