Red Storm Moves to Mobile Tickets for 2020-21
QUEENS, N.Y. – The St. John's Athletic Department has transitioned to digital-only ticketing for all basketball and soccer home contests for the upcoming 2020-21 academic year. The shift to mobile ticketing will provide Red Storm fans with an easier and safer experience when entering Carnesecca Arena and Belson Stadium next season.
"We are excited to implement digital ticketing to ensure a seamless and contactless entry into our athletic venues," said St. John's Director of Athletics Mike Cragg. "Utilizing this technology has afforded us an opportunity to better serve St. John's fans and provide a more comfortable gameday experience."
In addition to the enhanced convenience at point of entry, digital ticketing will provide fans with a variety of secure options to transfer and resell tickets while also reducing ticket fraud and lost tickets. Digital tickets will be delivered via email and will also be available through your My Johnnies Account.
St. John's patrons will still have the opportunity to utilize the print-at-home option.
Beginning soon, St. John's men's basketball season tickets holders will have the opportunity to renew for the 2020-21 campaign. For more information, please contact a member of the St. John's Ticket Operations staff, Courtney Perzan (perzanc@stjohns.edu - 860-605-4185) or Joseph Papandrea (papandrj@stjohns.edu - 856-718-9905).
