BIG EAST Announces Rescheduled Butler and Georgetown Men’s Basketball Games, Women’s Basketball Schedule Shift

Contest with Bulldogs moved to Feb. 18 at Carnesecca Arena; Red Storm to take on Georgetown on Feb. 21 at McDonough Arena

QUEENS, N.Y. – Originally slated for Dec. 23 at Carnesecca Arena, the St. John's men's basketball team's home game against Butler has been rescheduled to Friday, Feb. 18. Tip-off from Queens will be at 5 p.m. on CBS Sports Network.

As a result, that date will now feature a Carnesecca Arena doubleheader, as the women's basketball game against Creighton has been moved to a 1 p.m. start.

The St. John's men's basketball game at Georgetown that was originally slated for New Year's Day in the nation's capital has been rescheduled for Monday, Feb. 21 at 7 p.m. FS1 will carry the live national telecast from McDonough Arena.
