St. John’s Basketball Announces Pair of Exhibitions at Carnesecca Arena

Red Storm men’s basketball team to host Adelphi on Oct. 26, Southern New Hampshire on Oct. 29
QUEENS, N.Y. – With the official start of the 2022-23 men's basketball season just over six weeks away, St. John's has announced that the Red Storm will host a pair of exhibitions games at Carnesecca Arena.
The Red Storm will welcome local foe Adelphi to Queens on Oct. 26 at 7 p.m. before entertaining Southern New Hampshire on Oct. 29 with game time to be determined. Both contests will air on ESPN3.
St. John's Men's Basketball season ticket holders will be granted complimentary access to Carnesecca Arena for each of these exhibition games. Tickets will also be available for just $10.
Both Adelphi and SNHU compete in the NE10, a Division II conference. The Panthers went 17-10 a year ago while the Penmen went 13-11.
Adelphi holds a special place in the annals of St. John's history, as the Johnnies won their first of their 1,904 all-time victories against Adelphi on Jan. 3, 1908.
