Brian Kelly Named to BIG EAST Weekly Honor Roll

The junior attackman tallied 10 points over two games last week
Junior attackman Brian Kelly was named to the BIG EAST Weekly Honor Roll, the conference announced on Monday.
Kelly tallied 10 points over two games last week. At Hofstra on Tuesday, the junior matched his career-best with five goals and followed that up with his 11th career hat trick against No. 16/15 Delaware on Saturday. Kelly notched an assist in each contest.
With his six points against the Pride, Kelly surpassed 100 points in his career, becoming the 14th player in program history to reach the century mark. The Red Hook, N.Y., native now has 106 points in his career, good for sole possession of 13th place on the St. John's all-time points list.
Through four games this season, Kelly leads the Red Storm in goals (11), points (14) and shots on goal (22).
In his 32 career games, Kelly is averaging 3.3 points per game and has at least one point in 30 of those contests.
The attackman was last named to the Weekly Honor Roll on Feb. 20, 2023.
The Red Storm will be back in action this Saturday against Richmond for the first of three straight road contests. Faceoff from E. Claiborne Robins Stadium is set for noon on ESPN+.
