Patrick Scarborough Named to BIG EAST Weekly Honor Roll

Scarborough had a career-best 19 saves and his first collegiate assist on Friday against Providence
NEW YORK (April 28, 2025) – For the second time in the last three weeks, St. John's lacrosse netminder Patrick Scarborough was tabbed to the BIG EAST Weekly Honor Roll, the conference announced on Monday.
Scarborough notched a career-best 19 saves in the final game of his five-year college career on Friday in the Red Storm's season finale against RV Providence, the eighth time this season he has eclipsed 14 stops in the cage.
The Owings Mills, Md., native made double-digit saves in his final 11 appearances of 2025 and had a 50 percent save rate in eight of his 13 games this season. He finishes the season fourth in the nation, making 14.2 saves per contest.
In addition to setting a new career mark between the pipes, the graduate student also notched the first assist of his career on Friday, the third point of his collegiate tenure.
Scarborough was previously selected to the conference's honor roll on April 14 following his 18-save performance against Villanova on April 12.
