Bio
As a Sophomore in 2005: Led the team with a .372 batting average, 33 runs scored, 14 doubles, three triples and an on base percentage of .406 ... came in second on the team in sacrafice bunts with five and a slugging percentage of .519 ... hit .421 with runners on base ... tied for first in the BIG EAST with teammate Jo Sherlock in triples, second in individual hitting, third in doubles and in the top-10 for hits, runs scored, on base percentage and slugging percentage ... appeared and started in 50 games ... went 3-for-4, with her first career home run, an RBI and two runs scored against Akron (March 13) ... had a season high two doubles, three hits, three RBI and two runs scored in a 9-0 win against Rutgers (April 16).
As a Freshman in 2004: Appeared in and started 47 games at second base ... third on the team with a .301 batting average ... finished sixth in the nation with 19 sacrifices, tying the school[apos]s single season record ... fifth on the team with 23 runs scored, while also driving in nine and stealing three bases ... had a season high three hits at Providence (April 4).
Before St. John[apos]s: A four-year letterwinner in softball at La Jolla High School ... named to 2003 Western League first team ... earned 2002 All-San Diego County first team, Western League Player of the Year and Western League first team honors ... made 2001 Western League second team and earned honorable mention in 2000 ... three-time Division III All-Coaches team selection ... member of the California Scholarship Federation, for obtaining a GPA of 3.5 or better ... member of the 2001 Under-16 Southern California State Championship team ... played for the San Diego Breakers 18 Gold club team for two years.
