2025: Played in all 15 games making seven starts for the Red Storm… Registered 17 goals, six assists, 23 points, for the Red Storm this season… Had seven multi-point games… Recorded a career high three goals against Jacksonville (Feb. 28)... Went for three points with two goals and one assist at Rutgers (March 11)… Posted three points with a one goal two assist performance at Villanova (April 12)
Prior to College: Started for four years on the varsity team at Longwood High School… Played 11 years of travel lacrosse… Finished the 2024 season with 70 points on 44 goals and 26 assists, following up his 53-point 2023 campaign… Named All-Suffolk County in 2023 and 2024… All-American Honorable Menton in 2024… 2024 Suffolk County Class A Midfielder of the Year… Played football and soccer growing up… Participated in the Best Buddies Program in high school, working with special education kids to provide a more inclusive school environment… Son of Michele and Sergio Cardenas… Expected to major in finance.
