As A Junior (2008-09): Indoor - at the Fordham Opener she ran a season best in the 400 meters, placing second with a time of 1:00.0 (Dec. 5) ... at the Metropolitan Championships, ran a season-best time of 1:18.3 in the 500 meters (Jan. 29) ... ran the second leg of the 4x400m team that placed 6th at the ECAC Championships (March 7) ... Outdoor - Metropolitan Champion in the 400 meter hurdles with a time of 1:02.43 (April 19) ... at the Sam Howell Invitational, placed 2nd in the 400 meter hurdles and ran a BIG EAST-qualifying time of 1:02.98 (April 5) ... in the BIG EAST Championships, she ran her season best for the 400 meter hurdles with a time of 1:02.02 (May 1) ... she placed fifth in the 200 meter dash at the Yale Invitational (April 26) ... was a part of the 4x400 meter relay team that placed second at the Sam Howell Invitational (April 5) and first at the Metropolitan Championships (April 18) ... competed in the long jump and high jump.

Outdoor - was the Metropolitan Champion in the 400-meter hurdles with a time of 1:03.79 (April 19) ... had a career-best 400-meter hurdle time of 1:03.07, just missing All-BIG EAST honors at the conference championships (May 2) ... ran the second leg of the Metropolitan Champion 4x400-meter squad with a time of 3:54.97 (April 19) ... earned All-BIG EAST honors as the third leg of the eighth place 4x400-meter relay team at the BIG EAST Championships (May 4) with a season-best time of 3:46.02.
As A Freshman (2006-2007): Indoor - ran the 800-meter run at the Fordham Invite (Jan. 5) for an eighth-place time of 2:30.11 and the 400-meters at the Yale Invite (Jan. 12) for a fifth-place time of 58.03 ... Outdoor - qualified for the BIG EAST Championships in the 400-meter hurdles ... was the Metropolitan Championship (April 21) runner-up in the 400-meter hurdles with a time of 1:04.08 ... ran season-best time at the University of Miami Elite Invitational (April 13) of 1:03.76 in the 400-meter hurdles for a ninth place finish.
Before St. John[apos]s: Earned all-conference first team honors her sophomore, junior and senior seasons at Winslow Township High School ... as a senior, received All-Group IV accolades and helped lead team to Group II indoor state championships ... as a junior, team won the Olympic Conference Championship and Group IV sectional championship ... as a sophomore, member of the 4x400-meter relay team that won their second-straight title at the Meet of Champions and the Penn Relays ... squad won the Group IV sectional and state titles ... as a freshman, team captured Olympic Conference Championship ... ran a personal-best time in 400-meter intermediate hurdles at 1:01.66.
