As a Senior (2014): In her only cross-country event of the season ran a 20:44.7 for 5K at the Metropolitan Championships (Oct. 10) placing 59th overall.
As A Junior (2013): Competed on St. John's modified cross country team.
As A Sophomore (2012): Competed on St. John's modified cross country team.
Before St. John's: Ran track while at St. Wolstan's Community School ... served as team captain during the 2009 season ... member of the St. Wolstan's team that won the East Leinster Championship in 2010 ... joined her track & field club team, the Naas Athletic Club, in 2005 ... captained the Girls Irish Celtic Games Team in 2009, 2007 and 2006 ... won the 400-meter Irish Junior Championship in 2010 and 2009 ... was an Irish Senior Indoor silver medalist in 2010 ... finished third in the 2010 UK AAA's Indoor Championship ... brought home the championship at the Celtic Games in 2009 ... became the record holder for the 400-meters at the Celtic Cup in 2009 ... holds the 300-meter record for the U18 Irish division ... owns personal best times of 39.27 seconds in the 300-meter run and 54.00 seconds in the 400-meters.
Personal: Daughter of John and Jennifer Mooney ... has two siblings, Niamh (18) who attends Trinity College in Ireland and Brian (15) ... earned the Irish Learning Certificate for finishing in the top 2.5% in the country on her final exams ... hopes to attend medical school after graduating from St. John's.
