As A Senior (2008-09): Serves as captain ... Cross Country - leads the team in the 5K with a career-best eighth-placetime of 19:09at the Metropolitan Championships (Oct. 10) ... ran her second-fastest time at Fairfield[apos]s Leeber Invitational (Sept. 27) at 19:59.29 with an 11th place finish ... also ran a time of 21:05.0 finishing 105th at the National Catholic Championships (Sept. 19).
As A Junior (2007-08): Served as captain ... Cross Country - named team MVP ... led St. John[apos]s in six-consecutive races, including all four postseason races ... had the top time for the team in all three events ... earned All-East honors, finishing in the top 20 at the ECAC Championships 5K (Sept. 17) with a season-best time of 19:16.0 ... the first St. John[apos]s athlete to make All-East since 2000 ... placed first at the STJ Fall Festival (Oct. 14) with a season-best 4K time of 14:08 ... finished 12th at the Metropolitan Championships (Oct. 5) with a season-best 6K time of 19:39 ... Indoor - ran as part of the 4x800-meter relay team that finished 12th at both the BIG EAST (Feb. 23) and ECAC (March 8) Championships with times of 9:22.18 and 9:19.19 ... also part of the distance medley relay ... anchored the BIG EAST Championship (Feb. 23) squad who finished 13th with a season-best time of 12:26.54 ... ran a season-best time in the mile at 5:14.97 for a second-place finish at the Yale Intercollegiate Classic (Jan. 12) ... finished sixth at the Great Dane Classic (Jan. 25) with a season-best time of 3:00.92 ... Outdoor - ran the lead leg of the All-East 4x800-meter relay team that ran a season-best time of 9:04.89 in the preliminary heat of the ECAC Championships (May 17) ... team earned All-East honors finishing eighth in the finals with a time of 9:25.00 ... placed first in both the 800-meter and 1,500-meter events at the STJ Monday Meeting I (March 31) with times of 2:22.46 and 4:59.08 ... ran a season-best time of 2:14.45 in the 800-meters at the Sam Howell Invite (April 4) ... finished fourth at the Metropolitan Championships (April 19) with a fourth-place, season-best time of 4:45.52.
As A Sophomore (2006-07): Did not compete due to transfer regulations.
Before St. John[apos]s: Transferred from York College in 2006 ... named York[apos]s Rookie of the Year in 2005 ... named MVP for indoor, outdoor and cross country in 2004-2005 ... named Athlete of the Year for cross country in 2005 ... holds the CUNY Record for the indoor 3,000-meter and 1,500-meter events ... earned the top five cross country times at Van Cortlandt Park in Bronx, N.Y. ...captained both the track & field and cross country teams from 2001-2004 at Newtown High School ... was the 2004 3,000-meter Indoor City Champion ... named MVP for indoor, outdoor and cross country in 2000-2004 ... four-time Newtown Athlete of the Year ... ran for the Queens Sprinters from 1994-2004 ... presently runs on the Lehman Track Club.
