Outdoor - 400-meter hurdles: finished eighth at the Miami Alumni meet (April 10) with a time of 1:05.80 ... ran a season-best time of 1:05.64 while finishing third at the Metropolitan Championships (April 17) ... member of the 4x100-meter relay team that finished first at the Metropolitan Championships (April 17) with a time of 47.16 seconds.
As A Sophomore (2008-09): Indoor - placed 3rd in the 60-meter hurdles with a time of 9.3 seconds at the Fordham Opener (Dec. 5) ... Outdoor - finished 3rd in the prelims of the 100 meter hurdles with a season-best time of 15.10 seconds at the Metropolitan Championships (April 18) ... placed 3rd in the 400-meter hurdles at the Metropolitan Championships with a season-best time of 1:03.83 (April 18) ... at the Yale Invitational, placed 3rd in the 200 meter hurdles and 4th in the 100 meter hurdles (April 26) ... placed 7th in the 100-meter hurdles and 6th in the 400 meter hurdles at the Sam Howell Invitational (April 5) ... ran first leg of the 4x100-meter relay team that took first at the Metropolitan Championships (April 18) ... ran on the 4x100-meter team that placed second at the BIG EAST Championships with a new school record time of 45.79 seconds (May 1).

Outdoor - finished fourth in the 400-meter hurdles at the Metropolitan Championships (April 19) with a season-best time of 1:05.29 ... also competed at the Cal State Challenge (March 1) with a third-place time of 1:08.54 ... won the silver medal at the 2008 Summer Empire State Games in the 100-meter high hurdles.
Before St. John's: Was a three-time county champion in the 400-meter hurdles for Uniondale High School ... won the sprint medley at nationals as a junior ... part of the 4x200-meter relay team who posted the No. 1 time in the nation ... part of the state championship 4x100-meter relay squad and the 4x400-meter relay Public School Champion team ... competed as part of the two-time champion 4x400-meter relay team at the historic Millrose Games at Madison Square Garden.
