The Red Storm has now won three straight BIG EAST games for the first time since defeating USF, Louisville and Pittsburgh during the 2005-06 season.

Sean Evans scored a career-high 12 points and added a career-high nine rebounds to finish just shy of his first career double-double.
Malik Boothe made his second straight and second career start and finished with six points and six assists. Boothe is averaging 6.0 assists over the past three games.
Eugene Lawrence scored in double figures for the second straight game. Lawrence scored the first five points of the game to give St. John's an early 5-0 lead.
Larry Wright also reached double-figures for the third straight game with 16 points. Wright is averaging 14.3 points per game during the Red Storm's current three-game winning streak.
Justin Burrell reached double-figures for the 15th time this season after scoring 10 points.
