STUDENT TICKET INFORMATION- MEN'S & WOMEN'S BASKETBALL
STUDENT TICKETING
- All students must claim/purchase a mobile ticket before being admitted entry to any home men's or women's basketball game
- All student tickets are digital and can be claimed via the app or the link below, there are NO hard tickets to be claimed in person
- Student tickets are able to be claimed ONE WEEK prior to the game, an official Student Claim Schedule will be announced at a later date
- Students are permitted to ONE student ticket per event
- Student tickets are distributed first come, first serve once the Claim Date opens
- Student Tickets for games will SELL OUT. Students are encouraged to act quickly to guarantee entry on gameday
PRICING and SEATING
- Carnesecca Arena- FREE for all Students
- The Student Section is located in the Middle and Top tiers of Section 1, as well as behind the baskets in Section 6 and Section 12
- During select games, additional student seating will be available in other sections, however students must sit in the specific seats on their given ticket
- Madison Square Garden- $15 for all Students
- The Student Section will be located in Sections 1,2 and 3. Seating here is General Admission
- During select games, additional student seating will be available in other sections, however students must sit in the specific seats on their given ticket
- Ex. if you have a ticket in Sec. 221, you must sit in the seat listed on your ticket
STUDENT TICKET CLAIM PROCESS- MEN'S/WOMEN'S BASKETBALL
STEP 1- SETTING UP/LOGGING INTO YOUR STJ STUDENT ACCOUNT
- ALL students must sign in with their @my.stjohns.edu email address.
- Only your official St. John's student email will work for student tickets and standby passes. Do not use any other email address or created Ticketmaster account.
- Existing users can login using their created password. Please note no other email address will provide access to student tickets.
- If this is your first time logging in, click “Forgot Password” & enter your @my.stjohns.edu email address. This will begin the account reset process. Follow the instructions on screen.
STEP 2- CLAIM YOUR TICKET
- After logging into the Student Portal using the link or the St. John's App, you will see the games available to be claimed. Click on the games you wish to attend, add the ticket to your Cart and follow the prompts to check out.
STEP 3- ACCESS YOUR TICKET
- Once your ticket is claimed, please go into your MY JOHNNIES account through the link or by using the St. John's Red Storm App to view your mobile ticket,
- Download your ticket to your mobile wallet before arriving on gameday. Internet connectivity around the arena can be unreliable, and you may be unable to view your ticket if it is not downloaded prior to you arriving

St. John's students DO NOT need tickets to the following Red Storm Athletic events on campus:

Who Qualifies as a St. John's Student?
All current undergraduate, graduate and St. John's Law School students currently enrolled in classes for the semester are eligible to claim student tickets.
What Events Do I Need Tickets For?
St. John's Students need tickets for entry at the following home events.
Men's Basketball, Women's Basketball, Men's Soccer per ticket.
All home games at Belson Stadium and Carnesecca Arena are FREE for Students while seats remain. All students tickets for home games at MSG cost $15 each
St. John's Students DO NOT need tickets for entry at the following home events.

How Much Do Student Tickets Cost?
All home soccer games at Belson Stadium are FREE for students. All home basketball games (men's or women's) are FREE for students at Carnesecca Arena while tickets are available. All home basketball games at Madison Square Garden are $15 each while tickets are available. Please note Student Tickets are LIMITED!
How Many Student Tickets Can I Claim?
ALL students are permitted ONE Student ticket per Men's or Women's basketball game. Students may purchase additional tickets here, but please note, these are NOT VALID for the student section.
Can I Transfer/Resell My Student Ticket?
Selling or transferring student tickets is strictly prohibited. Students who claim tickets but do not attend may lose access to future ticket opportunities.
