QUEENS, N.Y. – The St. John's men's basketball program received its complete broadcast schedule and tip-off times for the upcoming 2024-25 season on Wednesday.
Once again, all St. John's basketball games will be nationally televised through the conference's partnership with FOX Sports, CBS Sports, NBC Sports and TNT Sports. BIG EAST Opening Night Tip-Off is slated to air on FS1 on Nov. 4, the opening night of the college basketball slate, when the Johnnies take on Fordham in a 6:30 p.m. contest. Live look-ins will be available on FS1, while full game coverage can be found on the FOX Sports App.
The 2025 BIG EAST Tournament, scheduled for March 12-15 at Madison Square Garden, will also be broadcast on the FOX family of networks for the 12th straight season with the opening round and the afternoon doubleheader of the quarterfinals being streamed to NBC's Peacock.
St. John's will be featured on national broadcasts at least five times during the regular season with four scheduled games on FOX and one on CBS. For the second-straight season, the potential for seven national broadcast games will match the most for the Red Storm since the BIG EAST's realignment in 2013.
The Johnnies will appear on FOX for the first time on Dec. 7 against Kansas State in the Big 12 – BIG EAST Battle at 11:30 a.m. inside Carnesecca Arena. The Red Storm will also visit Providence in a primetime matchup on FOX, slated to begin at 8 p.m. on Dec. 20. St. John's contests on Feb. 7 and Feb. 23 against two-time defending NCAA Champion UConn will also be televised on FOX. The program's road matchups against Seton Hall (Jan. 18) and Marquette (March 8) can potentially move into the national spotlight on FOX.
The Red Storm has one game on CBS when it hosts Seton Hall for a 2:15 p.m. contest at Carnesecca Arena on March 1. The Johnnies will also play four games on CBS Sports Network this season, facing Bryant (Dec. 11), Villanova (Jan. 11), Providence (Feb. 1) and Butler (Feb. 26).
With the BIG EAST's addition of NBC Sports as a broadcast partner, St. John's will also be featured in four contests on Peacock, beginning with its Nov. 30 matchup against Harvard. The Johnnies will also square off with DePaul (Dec. 17), Creighton (Dec. 31) and Georgetown (Jan. 14) on NBC's premier streaming service.
