St. John’s Men’s Basketball Unveils Broadcast Schedule and Tip-Off Times

Red Storm will potentially play seven games on national networks for the third straight season
NEW YORK – The St. John's men's basketball program and the BIG EAST unveiled its 2025-26 broadcast schedule and tip-off times for the upcoming 2025-26 campaign on Wednesday morning.
The defending BIG EAST Regular Season and Tournament Champions will be featured on NBC Sports, CBS Sports, FOX Sports and TNT Sports. The Red Storm will potentially play seven games on national networks for the third straight season, which matches the most since the BIG EAST Conference's realignment in 2013. The Johnnies will play at least four games on FOX and one on CBS against Kentucky on Dec. 20.
The BIG EAST Conference has entered a new comprehensive media rights agreement for the 2025-26 campaign that includes coverage on FOX Sports (FOX, FS1, FS2), NBC Sports (NBC, Peacock) and TNT Sports (TNT, TBS, truTV and Max).
The Johnnies will open the season on Nov. 3 on FS1 for a 6:30 p.m. tip-off against Quinnipiac. St. John's will play four games on FOX.. Home contests from the World's Most Famous Arena against Providence (Jan. 3), Connecticut (Feb. 6), Creighton (Feb. 21) and Villanova (Feb. 28) will be broadcast on the network's flagship channel. The Johnnies road tilt at Creighton on Jan. 10 will potentially move into the national spotlight on FOX. Seven additional games are set to air on FS1.
The Red Storm will compete in the CBS Sports Classic as 2024-25 National Coach of Year Rick Pitino takes on his former team, Kentucky, at State Farm Arena in Atlanta on Dec. 20. The highly-anticipated clash will tip-off at 12:30 p.m. on CBS.
As part of the new broadcast agreement, the BIG EAST will add TNT Sports to its family of networks. St. John's will take on Marquette on Feb. 18 at 9 p.m. ET on TNT in Milwaukee. Additionally, the Johnnies will play four games on truTV that will also be streamed on TNT+.
St. John's first two games of the Players Era Championship in Las Vegas will be broadcast on truTV, as the squad will meet Iowa State on Nov. 24 at 4:30 p.m. ET and Baylor on Nov. 25 at 5 p.m. Broadcast destination, opponent and tip-off time will be determined based on the results of the first two contests.
