Red Storm fans will have exclusive opportunity to purchase game-worn memorabilia
QUEENS, N.Y. – St. John's Athletics has entered a new partnership with CollectibleXchange, a sports memorabilia company that will deliver a wide-range of Red Storm collectibles to fans around the world.
Founded by Brandon Steiner, a sports marketing legend and pioneer in the formation of the memorabilia industry, CollectibleXchange is a marketplace that allows collectors, vendors and fans to buy and sell to one another on a secure platform. As part of its deal with St. John's, CollectibleXchange will give Red Storm fans a safe and reliable destination for authentic St. John's merchandise, including team-issued and game-worn items, while simultaneously boosting the Red Storm's revenue sharing efforts.
"We're thrilled to officially join on with CollectibleXchange as we seek to give our fans new ways to show their support for the Johnnies," said Vice President and Director of Athletics Ed Kull. "CollectibleXchange is a premier collectibles company that possesses so many new and creative ways of engaging our fan base and bolstering revenue for the department, which in turn allows us to share more revenue with our student-athletes."
In addition to its online marketplace, representatives from CollectibleXchange will also be present at select St. John's men's and women's basketball games at Carnesecca Arena.
"I'm incredibly proud to partner with St. John's University — an institution with such a rich athletic tradition and a passionate Red Storm fan base," said Steiner. "At CollectibleXchange, we believe in honoring the legacy of the athletes and teams we work with, and I look forward to building a lasting relationship that celebrates the spirit of St. John's, and its storied Division I program."
The St. John's men's and women's basketball teams will officially kick off their 2025-26 seasons on Monday, Nov. 3, with a doubleheader at Carnesecca Arena. The women's team will host LeMoyne at 2 p.m. before the men's squad welcomes Quinnipiac at 6:30 p.m.
