St. John’s Contest against Seton Hall on March 1 to be Played at Madison Square Garden

The Red Storm men’s basketball team’s regular season home finale will be moved to The World’s Most Famous Arena with tip-off set for 2:15 p.m.
QUEENS, N.Y. – The No. 9/8 St. John's men's basketball team's contest against Seton Hall on March 1 will be moved to Madison Square Garden. Tip-off is scheduled for 2:15 p.m. CBS will carry the national telecast.
The Red Storm's regular season home finale against the Pirates, originally slated to be played at Carnesecca Arena, will be played at The World's Most Famous Arena to accommodate more St. John's fans due to increased demand. Prior to the game, St. John's will celebrate Senior Day, recognizing the contributions of student-athletes in their final year with the program.
St. John's season ticket holders and student season tickets holders will be provided with their regular ticket location for games at MSG. Tickets will be uploaded into their My Johnnies Account. All single-game buyers who purchased tickets to the contest at Carnesecca Arena will be placed in a comparable section at Madison Square Garden with no additional cost. For all group tickets, please contact your ticket representative to discuss next steps.
Madison Square Garden plan holders or any season ticket subscribers who have additional seats at MSG will need to purchase additional tickets beginning on Thursday, Feb. 13. Those seats will be available to claim until Tuesday, Feb. 18 at 9 a.m. before they are released to the general public.
Tickets for the March 1 contest against the Pirates will go on sale on Thursday, Feb. 13 at 12 p.m. at RedStormTix.com or by calling the box office at 1-888-GO-STORM.

The Red Storm cracked the top-10 in the Associated Press poll on Monday for the first time since the conclusion of the 1999-2000. The Johnnies are riding a 10-game winning streak, the second longest active stretch in NCAA Division I.
