Launch New RedstormSports.com April 7, 2004 JAMAICA, N.Y. - St. John's University athletic department, in conjunction with College Sports Online, Inc., unveiled a complete redesign of the school's official athletic website located at www.RedStormSports.com. The site, which launched today, is the only official source of information, multimedia, and more directly from the St. John's University athletic department. "This launch is the culmination of a major goal for St. John's in partnering with CSO -- the industry leader in collegiate athletic web sites," said Rick Cole Jr., St. John's Senior Associate Athletic Director for External Affairs. "We will now gain instant credibility from our constituents in providing the latest technological advances in streamlining St. John's athletic information worldwide." Along with the new look, RedStormSports.com offers expanded efforts to provide alumni, fans and media with complete information on all Red Storm sports. The site features live game audio clips, schedules, ticket information, donation information, interactive games, promotions and is the first ever collegiate site to offer multi-lingual translations in Spanish and Italian. Throughout the year, there will be opportunities to interact online with St. John's University athletes and coaches.
