Opening statement…
“I thought we did a good job through three quarters, and then obviously in the fourth they (DePaul) kind of had their will and did enough to push us out of the way. I thought we followed a plan pretty well for three quarters, and then we didn't really follow it. So, the fourth quarter was kind of a disaster all around, but I thought (Jorie) Allen took over, Taylor Johnson-Matthews had a good game, so their two guys had big games, and that's how you lose the game. So, tough, tough loss at home in a game where I thought we played well at times, and then again, we just couldn't finish the deal. So, it's never easy. It's tough to be in this kind of a swing, but we got to be able to get back up and figure it out and get ready for the next one.”
On if he thought fatigue played a role in the fourth quarter…
“I mean, I think every team has been too strong at this point that we've lost to. We just haven't had the same level of attack consistently through the game. We lack certain things that we've gotten picked on a lot. And, I mean, I don't know if we were tired. I think when you don't have the guys that you expect to play, if they don't have great games, it's hard to maneuver really anything…I don't think I was great. I'm just having a struggle in terms of trying to figure out the right mixture when things aren't going as according to plan. I don't think we were tired. Some guys might be tired because they had to play more than maybe I wanted them to, but then other guys didn't give us enough for us to rest them. And at this point, if you play hard enough, you're going to probably play.”
