As a Junior (2007): Saw action in 52 games in 19 matches ... ranked fifth on the team with a .262 hitting percentage... missed five matches in late September with an eye injury ... tallied a career match-high 11 kills in her very first contest vs. NCCU (Sept. 14) ... registered five total blocks at Rutgers (Oct. 14) ... had six kills, four digs, three aces vs. DePaul (Oct. 26) ... recorded six kills in NCAA Tournament regional semifinal match vs. USC (Dec. 7). Chen, a journalism major, says her favorite moment from last year was winning the BIG EAST Tournament Championship. In her spare time, she enjoys eating various foods, hanging out with friends, shopping and playing Chinese Majiang. Her favorite TV show is 'Desperate Housewives' and she loves the movie 'Se7en' with her favorite actor Brad Pitt. Her goal for the 2008 season is to repeat as BIG EAST Tournament Champions.
