As a Junior (2010): Appeared in 10 matches, making four starts ... recorded one kill, one dig and one block at Marquette (Oct. 8) ... picked up a season-high two blocks in 3-0 win over Fordham (Sept. 14) ... had best match of the season against St. Francis (Sept. 4), recording six kills on seven attempts for a season-best .714 attacking percentage.
As a Sophomore (2009): Saw action in 108 sets and in all 30 matches ... tallied six kills and six blocks at Rutgers (Nov. 8) and had six kills at Seton Hall (Nov. 6) ... notched a career-high seven kills against Syracuse (Oct. 10), while hitting a season-best .545 ... put down five kills against DePaul (Sept. 25) and Long Island (Sept. 22), while recording six blocks in each of those matches ... added four blocks in back-to-back matches against Colgate and Cornell (Sept. 19) ... registered five kills against Troy (Sept. 12) and Miami (Ohio) (Sept. 11) in the Miami Best Western Invitational ... finished with a career-high seven blocks in a five-set victory over Siena (Sept. 8) ... registered four blocks and five kills in a 3-0 sweep of Quinnipiac (Sept. 5) ... opened the season with six kills against East Carolina (Aug. 28).
As a Freshman (2008): Saw action in seven matches ... tallied kills against Houston Baptist (Sept. 20) and Stony Brook (Sept. 23) ... also registered a pair of blocks against Stony Brook ... recorded one block against Howard (Sept. 19) ... added one kill against Central Connecticut (Sept. 3).
At Marriotts Ridge: Earned three volleyball letters ... was captain of the volleyball team from 2005-07 ... named Marriotts Ridge[apos]s Defensive MVP in 2007 ... earned the Best Blocker Award her senior year in 2007... three-year academic honor roll at Ridge ... lettered in volleyball her freshman year at Glenelg H.S. ... won Glenelg[apos]s Most Improved Award in 2004 ... played five years for Montgomery Village Sports Association and Metro American VBC club teams ... also lettered in outdoor track & field and basketball.
Off the Court: Chose St. John[apos]s because she always wanted to be in New York and loved the campus ... wearing the Red Storm uniform means that all the work she has done to achieve her dream has paid off ... majoring in criminal justice ... enjoys hanging out with her friends and listening to music ... pre-game ritual is to listen to the song 'Fighters' by Lupe Fiasco.
