Bio
As a Graduate Student (2022): Appeared in 79 sets in 27 matches as a defensive specialist.. accumulated 43 digs, eight service aces, six assists and one kill... notched a pair of service aces twice at Charleston Southern (Aug. 27) and against Xavier (Oct. 28).
As a Senior (Fall 2021): Appeared in 119 sets and played in all 32 matches … recorded a team-high 388 digs and 53 assists on the season … produced five service aces and 19 digs in a five-set match at UConn … named to the WKU All-Tournament Team after registering 32 digs and three service aces in three matches... named to BIG EAST All-Academic Team.
As a Junior (Spring 2021): Appeared in 44 sets and played in all 14 matches … named to BIG EAST All-Academic Team … recorded 77 digs and 10 assists on the season … registered 21 digs and two service aces in St. John’s four-set victory against Fordham (Feb. 3).
As a Sophomore (2019): Played in 115 sets and appeared in all 34 matches for the Red Storm ... recorded 41 digs, 17 service aces and 15 assists on the season ... notched four service aces and sent out 12 straight serves to close out St. John's four-set victory against DePaul (Oct. 26).
As a Freshman (2018): Played 131 sets, appeared in all 35 matches and made four starts… named to the 2018-19 BIG EAST All-Academic Team (8/13) … recorded 23 service aces and 28 assists on the season … registered 189 digs, collecting a career-high 16 against Georgetown (Oct. 20).
At Punahou School: A true student-athlete, she graduated from Punahou School with honors, while starting the past two years at libero and team captain for HI Intensity Volleyball Club. Yoshioka was the team captain and starting setter on the Punahou School 2016 ILH Division I-AA Championship Team. She also started 2017 as the libero for the varsity team and took third at the Ann Kang Invitational Tournament, as well as in all of ILH Division 1 league play.
