Greg Casey is in his 24th year at St. John's and was elevated to the position of director of business operations in October of 2021. In this position, he manages day-to-day operations while providing budget oversight for the athletic department's accounts.

Previously, Casey spent 21 years as business manager for St. John's Athletics where he managed team, administrative and reserve budgets. Additionally, he forecasted revenues, prepared weekly audits, coordinated team travel and reconciled operating budgets. Prior to this, he served as an assistant in the department and was mainly tasked with monitoring ticket revenues.

Casey graduated from St. John's with his bachelor's degree in athletic administration in 1993.
