Last season, Robinson her contingent of throwers to BIG EAST individual titles, All-BIG EAST honors and Jamora Alves to All-American Honorable Mention status. Alves continued the streak of St. John’s appearing at an NCAA Championship meet for the 32nd year in a row. In addition, Robinson guided Alves to the Guyana national record in the discus throw at the 129th Penn Relays in April of 2025. Robinson is not just an accomplished coach, but also an accomplished track and field athlete in her own right. "Coach Pompey continues to assemble a top-level staff and I'm excited to see their collective future successes with the addition of Coach Robinson," added St. John's Director of Athletics Mike Cragg. "To be sure, Coach Robinson places high value on the student-athlete and her college experience – looking for ways to motivate and inspire towards BIG EAST championships, success in the classroom and a strong commitment to the community. It's an exciting time for St. John's Track & Field."
"I am grateful to join St. John's coaching staff and athletic program," said Robinson. "Coach Pompey has an amazing vision for the women's track and field team, and I am excited to be a part of it."
