Libby Sears arrived at St. John's in October 2021, as a multimedia services assistant, she was promoted to director of multimedia services in August of 2022.
In this role, Sears plays a major role with SJU-TV and carrying out live broadcasts on ESPN3, FloSports, BIG EAST Digital Network for St. John's 17 varsity athletic programs.
Additionally, she creates on-demand video content for all of the Johnnies digital platforms and assists in the production of Red Storm Report, a weekly TV series that gives an in-depth look at the St. John's men's and women's basketball programs.
Prior to this position, Sears participated in production of high school sports broadcasts for the Conroe Independent School District in Texas. She graduated with a bachelor's degree in mass communication and film from Sam Houston State in 2019.
Sears currently resides in Manhattan.
