St. Johns Signs Three Recruits for 2003 Season

Sherlock is an outfielder with great speed from Rancho Bernardi High School. She played her ASA summer ball for the Orange County Batbusters-Haning. She also played for the under-18 gold travel team, which is the most competitive level.
Jo will have an immediate impact on the team. Her speed will help us, offensively and defensively, Cope said.
Reyes is a utility infielder, who brings power to the plate, from Pacifica High School. She also played for the gold level travel team and was a member of the California Rebels and is currently playing for the California Sliderz.
Linda is a versatile player, who can play several different positions well. She will also add power to offensive lineup.
Oliver is a utility player from Maine-Endwell Senior High School. She played ASA summer ball for the Conklin Raiders.
Megan brings versatility to the team. She makes consistent contact with the ball and she should help us generate runs.
The Red Storm open up their 2002 season on Friday, February 15 at the Semincole Classic in Tallahasee, Fla.
