Lambertson Leads Women??' Golf To Sixth Place Finish

The St. John???s women???s golf team took sixth place at the Yale Intercollegiate in New Haven Connecticut on Sept. 30 and Oct. 1. For the third straight week, Brittany Lambertson led her team.
After getting off to a slow start, Lambertson shot a three-over par 73 in the second round of the event, tying for 10th. The finish kept Lamberston???s streak alive; she has finished in the top-10 in every tournament the Red Storm has played in this fall.
Rookie Renee Cloutier carded a 155 (83-76) overall, coming in just four stroke behing Lambertson. Samantha Tejada and Ashley Szewczuk finished with a 167 and 170, respectively.
The Red Storm will close out its fall season at the Legends Shootout in Franklin, Ind., on Oct. 9 -10.
