St. John's Doubleheader At UConn Postponed Until Wednesday

QUEENS, N.Y. - St. John's softball doubleheader at UConn has again been postponed due to heavy rains and flooding in the area. Originally scheduled for Sunday, April 23, the Red Storm will now take on the Huskies, Wednesday, April 26 at 2:30 p.m. in Storrs, Conn.
St. John's non-conference doubleheader at Marist, scheduled for Wednesday, April 26 at 3 p.m., has been canceled.
The Red Storm is currently eighth in the BIG EAST conference standings with a 6-10 record. UConn is right behind St. John's as the ninth team in the league with five wins and nine losses. Including Wednesday's matchup, both teams have only six conference games remaining. The Red Storm will host DePaul on May 6 and Notre Dame on May 7. Both games will begin at noon on Red Storm Field.
