Women??' Golf In Second Place At Treasure Coast Classic

HOWEY INN HILLS, Fla. ??? The St. John???s women???s golf team finished day one of the Treasure Coast Classic in second place with a 299 and are just five strokes behind first place Stetson.
Junior Brittany Lamberston, along with rookies Samantha Tejada and Lois Kim, led the Red Storm with a three-over par 74 and tied for fourth place. Freshman Renee Cloutier rounded out the top-10 finishes for St. John???s by tying for ninth place. She carded a six-over par 77. Classmate Ashley Szewczuk recorded an 86.
The Red Storm will be back in action at the three-day Treasure Coast Classic, Thursday, March 8 when round two of the tournament tee???s off from the Indian Hill Golf Course.
