Bradley Leads After Second Round of Pacific Coast Amateur

St. John's senior golfer Keegan Bradley shot a 2-under par 70 Wednesday to take the second-round lead at the Pacific Coast Amateur Championship at San Diego Country Club in Chula Vista, Calif.
Bradley, who won four individual championships for the Red Storm last year and was one of the top golfers in the nation, leads by one stroke heading into the third round of the 72-hole event. He had five birdies, a bogey and a double-bogey during his round Wednesday. Bradley also saved par on the 12th hole with a 60-foot chip.
Bradley shot a 3-under par 69 in the first round Tuesday. He's in the final pairing on Thursday and tees off at 12:27 p.m. (EST). Live scoring is available at http://www.pacificcoastamateur.com/.
Past winners of the Pacific Coast Amateur include current PGA Tour golfers Billy Mayfair and Jason Gore. The tournament is scheduled to conclude Friday.
