Landers Tabbed as Preseason All-American by College Soccer News

Senior Goalkeeper Jason Landers has been named a 2007 Preseason First Team All-American by College Soccer News. The 2006 and 2007 BIG EAST Preseason Goalkeeper of the Year has also already been named to the All-BIG EAST Preseason Team.
Landers posted a 14-6-2 record in 2006 and posted 13 shutouts to go along with a 0.72 goals against average. His goals against average ranked him 17th in the country, while his save percentage (.826) ranked him 24th nationally. After the season, he was also tabbed as a first team selection for TopDrawerSoccer.com's National Teams of the Season.
The Red Storm have an exhibition game on August 24 at Hartwick. That game is slated for a 7:30 p.m. start. The men open the regular season with a home game on August 31 at 8:00 p.m. against Fairleigh Dickinson.
