St. John's-Army Women's Basketball Game Time Changed

QUEENS, N.Y. - The St. John's women's basketball team's game with Army on Tuesday, Nov. 25 will now start at 3:30 p.m.
The game time has been changed to accommodate the 2008 Dick's Sporting Goods NIT Season Tip-Off Consolation Round that the St. John's men's basketball team is hosting. In total, there will be three basketball games hosted at Carnesecca Arena on Tuesday. Women's basketball gets things started at 3:30 p.m. with Army, then, on the men's side, Cornell and Eastern Michigan face off at 5:45 p.m. and St. John's takes on Loyola (Ill.) in the nightcap at 8 p.m.
The St. John's women's basketball team is off to another great start in 2008-09, posting a perfect 2-0 slate through its opening games. Seniors Monique McLean and Kelly McManmon lead the way for the Red Storm offense, averaging 18.0 and 16.0 ppg, respectively. The Red Storm continues action on Saturday when it travels to face local rival Manhattan at 2 p.m.
