St. John's Softball Reschedules St. Peter's Doubleheader

QUEENS, N.Y. - Officials for the St. John's softball team have announced that its scheduled doubleheader vs. St. Peter's has been moved up to Thursday, April 9, at 2 p.m.
With the threat of inclement weather on Saturday and with the St. John's-Fairfield game, originally set for Thursday, cancelled, team officials were able move the St. Peter's set up two days.
The Red Storm will now play four games in two days, starting with a conference doubleheader vs. Syracuse on Wednesday at 3 p.m. After the two-game set with St. Peter's on Thursday, St. John's will continue its BIG EAST schedule on Monday, April 13 with a doubleheader at Villanova.
