Renee Cloutier Named BIG EAST Golfer Of The Week

QUEENS, N.Y. - Senior Renee Cloutier was named BIG EAST Golfer of the Week for her performance at the C&F Bank Intercollegiate March 20-21 at Ford's Colony Country Club in Williamsburg, Va.

Cloutier finished tied with teammate Lois Kim for sixth place, pacing the Red Storm to a fourth-place finish in the first tournament of the season. She shot 73-77--150 (+6), led all golfers with 26 pars and performed well on par-5 holes, ranking 6th place with an even-5.00 stroke average.

After taking control of first place with a 307 team score on Saturday, the Red Storm carded a 318 to finish at 49-over 625.

The Red Storm next heads to Beallsville, Md., to compete in Georgetown's Hoya Invitational March 29-30 at The Members Club at Four Streams.
