Red Storm Takes 11th Place At Hoya Invitational

BEALLSVILLE, Md. - The St. John's women's golf team finished in 11th place at the Hoya Invitational on Tuesday at the Members Club at Four Streams in Beallsville, Md.
The Red Storm shot a final-round 343 to finish at 670 (+94). Nova Southeastern won the tournament at 303-309-612 (+36). Maryland finished second at 616. Nova Southeastern's Sandra Changkija was the top individual, shooting 72-71-143 (-1).
Renee Cloutier led the Red Storm, finishing tied for 30th at 81-82-163 (+19). Mariana Barrios tied for 39th at 81-84-165 (+21). Lois Kim finished at 80-86-166 (+22). Michelle Romano carded a 177 (+33) and Ellen Oswald shot a 178 (+34).
St. John's will next compete in the Hartford Intercollegiate April12-13 at Rockledge Golf Course in West Hartford, Conn.
