QUEENS, N.Y. - The St. John's softball team's game against local foe LIU has been cancelled due to rain in the New York area.

The Red Storm (16-23, 3-6 BIG EAST) turns its sights back onto BIG EAST play on Wednesday when it hosts Villanova for a doubleheader starting at 1 p.m.
