QUEENS, N.Y. - After leading the BIG EAST in scoring with a pair of back-to-back 23-point performances, Danaejah Grant has been named to the BIG EAST Weekly Honor Roll, it was announced by the league office on Monday afternoon.
In a 2-0 week for the Red Storm, Grant averaged 23.0 points and 7.5 boards per game. The Piscataway, N.J., native shot 48.4 percent from the floor and converted on 16 of her 19 attempts from the charity stripe.
The BIG EAST Player of the Week on Nov. 30, this is the second time this season that Grant has been named to the conference's honor roll, finding a spot on that ledger the week before (Nov. 23).

Four days later on the road at UCF, Grant narrowly missed her second double-double of the season, finishing with 23 points and nine rebounds in just 23 minutes of action for the Red Storm. Grant went to the free throw line a career-high 14 times in her team's runaway 70-42 victory, making 11 of those tries.
Grant and the Red Storm return to action on Saturday, traveling to Pittsburgh for a 4:30 p.m. tip-off with Atlantic 10 power Duquesne.
