Sunday’s Game with Providence Scratched Due to Weather

Red Storm, Friars’ series finale postponed
Queens, N.Y. – Sunday morning's matchup between St. John's and Providence has been postponed due to inclement weather in Queens.
The contest may be made up at a later date, although nothing is set in stone at this point.
St. John's swept the doubleheader with the Friars, 4-0 and 4-1, on Saturday behind stellar pitching performances from Kayla Kmett and Erin Brown. The team will not return home until April 24, as it will travel to Butler next weekend to battle the Bulldogs.
