Fans can purchase tickets as Red Storm hosts Huskies in program’s first-ever standalone game at MSG beginning today at noon.
QUEENS, N.Y. – Tickets for the St. John's women's basketball game against No. 1/1 UConn at Madison Square Garden on March 1 will go on sale today at noon.

The Red Storm women's basketball program will return to The Mecca for the third-straight season. The BIG EAST clash against the defending National Champion Huskies will tip off at 7:30 p.m. on TNT.
This contest will mark the first nationally televised game for St. John's at MSG since the team battled then-No. 24/24 DePaul on FS2 on Feb. 17, 2019.
It will be the 19th time St. John's women's basketball will play at The World's Most Famous Arena. The Red Storm posts an 11-7 all-time record, with Head Coach Joe Tartamella, owning a 5–2 career mark at Madison Square Garden.
The Johnnies have won their last two conference games at MSG, including a 65-43 win over Butler last season. St. John's and UConn will square off at Madison Square Garden for the fourth time in series history and the first in over a decade, dating back to the Maggie Dixon Classic on Jan. 4, 2015.
The Huskies have won 45-consecutive BIG EAST regular-season games, dating back to their last loss to the Red Storm, 69-64, on Feb. 21, 2023. The Johnnies outlasted the then-No. 4/5 Huskies inside PeoplesBank Arena, formerly the XL Center.
