Spring 2013: Finished the season with a 10-12 singles record ... one of four Red Storm singles players to rack up 10 singles victories ... won four of her first six matches in team victories over Fairfield (Jan. 26), UMBC (Feb. 3), Fordham (Feb. 15) and Georgetown (Feb. 21) ... tallied a 9-8 record in doubles ... Adams and Nevena Selakovic took a nail biting 8-7(7) decision over the Hoyas to clinch the match, 4-3 ... helped clinch doubles point for St. John[apos]s in the BIG EAST Championship with an 8-4 win over Seton Hall at third doubles.
Fall 2012:Finished the fall season with five doubles victories ... with doubles partner Amber Washington, the duo took an 8-2 decision over Binghamton (Sept. 14-16) in the top doubles flight at the Columbia Fall Classic ... also won two matches with Washington over Penn and Cornell at the Cissie Leary Invitational (Sept. 21-23) ... alongside Ksenia Mikhaylova, the doubles partners won a nail biting match over Rutgers, 9-8(2), to advance at the USTA/ITA Northeast Regionals (Oct. 19-21).
Spring 2012:Racked up six singles victories, all coming at the number two slot ... four of her six victories came against BIG EAST opponents including three straight against Pittsburgh (March 23), Rutgers (March 25) and Seton Hall (April 1) ... claimed a 6-0, 6-1 win to lead the Red Storm in a non-conference win over CSU Bakersfield (Feb. 29) ... picked up her second victory over BIG EAST foe Pittsburgh, this time in three sets, on April 20 ... garnered three doubles victories, all with partner Nevena Selakovic ... two of the three victories came against BIG EAST opponents Connecticut (April 5) and Pittsburgh (April 20) ... the duo picked up a 9-7 victory over next door neighbor Fordham (April 15).
Fall 2011:Finished the fall campaign with three singles wins ... helped clinch the match against defending America East Champions Boston University in the first day of the Big Green Invitational (Nov. 4-6) ... notched victories over Hofstra and Columbia to reach the semifinals of the Columbia Invitational (Sept. 16-18), before being ousted by teammate Nevena Selakovic ... picked up one doubles victory at the Columbia Invitational, a 9-7 win over a Columbia duo with teammate Nakita Austin.
Spring 2011: Tied for a team high with 10 singles wins, including four in BIG EAST Conference play, in her rookie campaign ... won consecutive conference matches in consecutive days at Providence (April 7) and against Connecticut (April 6) ... picked up a 6-3, 7-6(4) win over Rutgers (March 25) ... won four-consecutive straight-set matches against South Dakota (March 8), Nova Southeastern (March 7), Fairfield (Feb. 27) and LIU (Feb. 19) ... helped lead the Red Storm to a 5-2 BIG EAST win over Pittsburgh (Jan. 29) with a 7-5, 6-3 victory at No. 5 singles ... compiled eight doubles wins, including five with teammate Joanna Zwirbulis ... won back to back doubles matches at the top slot with Selakovic at Providence and against UConn ... opened the season with consecutive doubles win against Pittsburgh and Buffalo (Jan. 28) with Zwirbulis.
Fall 2010: Finished with a 1-1 singles record while playing in one fall tournament ... earned first collegiate win in her opening match of the Fall Columbia Classic (Sept. 17-19) 6-0, 6-2 over Columbia[apos]s Lucy Leopold at No. 2 singles ... finished with a 5-6 overall record in doubles play while competing in both the A and B Division brackets.
Before St. John[apos]s: A 2010 graduate of Bishop McNamara ... as co-captain she competed at No. 1 singles for three consecutive years ... named All-Metropolitan her senior year ... won the WCAC Team and No. 1 Singles Championship with the Mustangs her senior year ... named Frank Neitzer Female Athlete of the Year in 2010 ... also lettered in track and field.
Personal: Daughter of Paul and Marie Adams ... has one younger sister, Emerald (16), and one younger brother, Paul (13) ... chose St. John[apos]s for its prestige, location and athletic program ... lists Roger Federer as her favorite athlete ... majors in computer science at St. John[apos]s.
